The native tokens of each network are listed below:

• MATIC - the native token of Polygon

• BNB - the native token of BNB Chain

• ETH - the native token of Ethereum

The native token, typically, is used as the unit of gas fee, which is paid for processing transactions (minting, transferring, etc.) on a decentralized network. Blockchain participants are able to buy those tokens on PlaNFT with credit or debit cards.

How do I log out from my crypto wallet？

Click on your Profile Picture on the top right of the PlaNFT webpage, click Disconnect Wallet.

What should I do when your wallet is stolen?

For avatar wallet, PlaNFT is not a wallet service provider. The avatar wallet just forwards your authentication information to the blockchain. If the wallet is stolen, it means that your Google account has been stolen. Please contact the Google official to retrieve it.

For conventional wallet, such as Metamask, please contact these wallet service provider.

What should I do if the wallet cannot be connected？

For avatar wallet, just ensure that you can login your Google account. If not, please contact Google for help.

For conventional wallet, please contact the coventional wallet service provider.

How to reset and login?

For avatar wallet, you can not reset and login cause it's keyless. But you can reset your Google account password and then login with your avatar wallet. As long as your Google account remains the same, your wallet address will not change
